Chuck Stewart is a trial lawyer of more than 35 years, a fellow in The American College of Trial Lawyers and an Advocate in the American Board of Trial Attorneys. He has successfully tried a vast number of cases, primarily in the defense of corporations in product liability, employment, business disputes, class actions, intellectual property, antitrust, construction, and catastrophic personal injury matters. He serves as co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability team, is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, and has extensive litigation experience on a national scope. He has represented clients in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. This experience has equipped him with the ability to defend against high-stakes litigation across the nation.   

Chuck’s complex business litigation experience includes lawsuits defending corporate clients brought by individuals, classes of individuals, and other businesses. Chuck has defended fraud actions brought by corporations between corporations, as well as intellectual property litigation involving claims of trademark and patent infringement, fraud actions, intentional interference with contractual relations, breach of franchise agreements, RICO actions, and contract disputes.
